I have skills and expertise in all aspects of assessment, both for selection and development, at all levels in organisations. This includes scoping requirements, competency design, assessment centre design, empirical validation and assessor training. I have also designed several 360° feedback instruments.
I use design thinking to develop organisational structures and processes that help businesses achieve their talent-management goals.
I hold a certificate in Coaching Psychology and I am a member of the Coaching Section of the British Psychological Society. I have also been trained in Advanced Facilitation skills and I have particular interest in coaching for career management.
I have skills and experience in coaching and developing leaders and teams for performance. This includes design and delivery of skills development programmes, such as presentation skills and change management. I also work to shape talent management goals and strategies with clients, in rigorous and outcome-focused ways.
I have considerable experience in the design and development of surveys and psychometric instruments. I am also a reviewer for the British Psychological Society’s Psychological Testing Centre.
